it's pretty expensive to live here, but if you have the money and want all of the (very nice) amenities, they are definitely worth it. The new company that took over a few months ago has made some nice improvements to the complex.Melissa M.
Everything you need is here. People are mostly friendly. I like the new management, I used to feel like the old management was often rude and undermining. I have lived at the retreat for about 7 years now and I've lived in a lot of different complexes and the amenities the retreat has to offer are unbeatable.Kathleen C.
they are good at fixing up things, very quiet neighborhood, nice looking. A lot of people are on Social Security retirement and get their checks on the 3rd. We should have at least a 3 day grace periodPhilomena P.
I like the tenants however the quality of them has been decreasing over time. Upkeep is good and the new management is improving areas I was hoping to see improved. Price is a bit steep given the age of the apartments however if you get one of the remodeled units then price is inline. I would say I love the family oriented environment. The children running amongst and laughing is a beautiful sound. I would also say that the front office is much much more cold and less friendly than in the past.Robert D.
I just have to say that, although the new management got off to a rocky start, they have made huge strides in their renovation of the complex. For example, the new dog park is a wonderful idea, and hopefully it stops the amount of dog poop that people decide to leave all over the grounds. Additionally, the new gym is very impressive and I love the fact that the pool stays open. Overall, wonderful job after a shaky start.Eric S.
